Baldur's Gate 3 does a fantastic job translating Dungeons & Dragons warlocks from the page to the screen. While some spellcasters get their powers from the divine or years of study, warlocks take a different route. By making deals with otherworldly entities, warlocks can gain powerful abilities, which work a little differently from the average wizard or sorcerer, so knowing what gear to choose is key to getting the best out of every eldritch blast.
Despite only having three subclasses, warlock is a wonderfully versatile class that works extremely well in many multiclass builds in BG3. Some may make their warlocks more melee fighters enhanced by magic, others may prefer a pure spell slinger, while some will be content with Wyll in the party. Regardless of which build is chosen, some great items throughout all three acts will enhance any warlock playthrough.
15 Birthright - Very Rare Headwear
Can Be Purchased In Act 3 From Sorcerous Sundries
For a very stylish piece of headwear, any Charisma-based casters like Warlocks should head over to Sorcerous Sundries as soon as they can in Act 3. It is a brilliant hat that gives the wearer a +2 boost to Charisma, up to a maximum of 22. This very rare hat is only sold by Lorroakan's Projection or Rolan before the completion of "Find the Nightsong," after which it will disappear. Although it will sometimes still appear in Rolan’s inventory for pickpocketing, it's best to pick up this item first to avoid it being permanently lost.
14 Risky Ring - Rare Ring
Can Be Purchased In Act 2 From Araj Oblodra
The 
Risky Ring lives up to its name with a mixture of potential rewards at a cost. Available from Araj Oblodra in Moonrise Towers, while wearing this ring, the warlock will have advantage on all attack rolls. However, the trade-off is that they will then have disadvantage on all saving throws, although having advantage on attacks far outweighs having disadvantage on the odd saving throw. This is great for more magic-focused warlocks who want to get the most out of every cantrip and prefer to stay back from most enemies.
13 Spellmight Gloves - Very Rare Gloves
Can Be Rewarded In Act 3 By Lucretious
Similar to the Risky Ring, the 
Spellmight Gloves offer the chance of risk and reward, with the chance to trade accuracy for extra damage. While wearing these gloves, the warlock can use the toggleable feature Spellmight to choose to take a -5 penalty to their attack roll in exchange for a chance to deal an additional 1d8 damage on a hit. Circus master Lucretious will reward these gloves to the party after all the body parts of Dribbles the Clown have been found, making all that searching worth it.
12 Infernal Rapier - Very Rare Rapier
Can Be Rewarded In Act 2 By Mizora
If Wyll is taken along to the Mind Flayer Colony at the end of Act 2, to rescue Mizora, the cambion can be persuaded to reward the 
Infernal Rapier, a fantastic weapon that gives a +1 bonus to spell save DCs. The Infernal Rapier is perfect for any spellcaster as it replaces Dexterity for attack rolls with the wielder's spellcasting ability modifier, Charisma, in the case of warlocks. Finally, once per long rest, just the Cambion can be summoned to give the party some extra help in fights.
Wyll and drow characters can use rapiers. However, unless the warlock takes the feat Weapon Master to unlock new weapon options, warlocks can only use simple weapons by default.
11 The Baneful - Rare Shortsword
Can Be Purchased In Act 1 From Blurg
There are a few weapons in BG3 that have unique features that will only activate if they are bound to an Eldritch Knight or used as a warlock's Pact weapon. 
The Baneful is one such shortsword and can be bought from Blurg, a hobgoblin member of the Society of Brilliance who can be found in the Underdark's Myconid Colony. While a warlock is bound to The Baneful, it will have a +1 to attack rolls and damage and has the chance to inflict bane on the target when they are hit.
As with the Infernal Rapier, by default warlocks are not proficient in shortswords unless they are drow, elf, or githyanki. Here it is advised to choose the Weapon Master feat for a warlock to expand their weapon options.
10 Vivacious Cloak - Uncommon Cloak
Can Be Looted In Act 2 From The Grand Mausoleum
The Vivacious Cloak is great for any spellcaster who might end up getting up close and personal with the enemy and perfect for more melee-focused warlocks such as Pact of the Blade. When wearing this cloak, the warlock will gain eight temporary hit points after they cast a spell while in melee.

The Vivacious Cloak is one of the best cloaks in BG3. As soon as I found it tucked away in the east wing of the Grand Mausoleum entrance area, I immediately equipped it, as it's a lifesaver in tough spots.
9 Daredevil Gloves - Rare Gloves
Can Be Purchased In Act 1 From A'jak'nir Jeera In Crèche Y'llek
Another piece of equipment that will benefit warlocks who are often in close proximity to enemies are the Daredevil Gloves. Available from the githyanki quartermaster A'jak'nir Jeera, who rAAZ shows how to find inside Crèche Y'llek, these gloves give the wearer a +1 boost to spell attack rolls. But the best feature is the toggleable Daredevil Proximity, which turns any ranged spell attacks into melee spells attack when the warlock is next to an enemy. This means they will not be rolled with disadvantage, increasing the odds of landing a hit on the target.
8 Spell Savant Amulet - Rare Amulet
Can Be Looted In Act 3 From High Security Vault One
One of the more unique features of playing as a warlock is the lack of spell slots, with them having only two for the majority of the game until level 11. The Spell Savant Amulet is brilliant for any spellcaster but especially useful for warlocks as it gives the wearer an extra level two spell slot.

The amulet can be found inside the Counting House's High-Security Vault One, the key for which can be found in Ramazith's Tower, and RPG Division has a great video showing how to find keys for all the vaults.
7 Caitiff Staff - Rare Quarterstaff
Can Be Purchased In Act 3 From Helsik's Special Stock
Another item that helps warlocks make the most out of their limited number of spell slots is the 
Caitiff Staff, available in Act 3 from Helsik at the Devil's Fee once her special stock has been unlocked. The Caitiff Staff provides the wielder with a +1 bonus to spell save DCs and spell attack rolls. But for warlocks, this rare staff will allow them to replenish one spell slot per long rest, extending the use of their more powerful spells just that little bit more between long rests at camp.
To unlock Helsik's special stock, the infernal items on her shop floor must be recognized as such with DC 15 Arcana checks and interactions. Karlach is the best choice for this, as she will have a DC 0 instead.
6 Cloak Of The Weave - Very Rare Cloak
Can Be Purchased In Act 3 From Helsik's Special Stock
Also available from Helsik's special stock is the Cloak of the Weave, which is perfect for any spellcaster at the party but works well with the warlocks' ability to recharge their abilities on a short rest. With this cloak, the wearer will gain a +1 bonus to their spell save DCs and spell attack rolls.

However, the best feature is Absorb Elements, which lets the wearer absorb elemental damage once per short rest and take half damage from it. They can then use that element type to deal an extra 1d6 on their next attack.
5 Disintegrating Night Walkers - Very Rare Boots
Can Be Looted In Act 1 From True Soul Nere
The Disintegrating Night Walkers are a fantastic pair of boots that are very useful for any party member. I’ve kept them in rotation right through until the end of Act 3 each time I play. Found on True Soul Nere, these boots prevent the wearer from being unwebbed, entangled, or ensnared and also prevent them from slipping on grease or ice.

But the most useful feature for a warlock is that they allow 
Misty Step to be cast once per short rest to help them get out of a jam quickly.
4 Woe - Very Rare Quarterstaff
Can Be Looted In Act 3 From Cazador
At the end of Astarion's personal quest, "The Pale Elf," the party will face the Vampire Lord Cazador Szarr, who drops a wonderfully useful staff when defeated. Woe grants its wielder a +1 bonus to spell save DCs and spell attack rolls, and whenever a target fails a saving throw against the user's spells, the wielder will regain 1d4 hit points.

Woe is also a bound weapon that automatically returns if thrown, and it can be cast at level four once per long rest.
3 Markoheshkir - Legendary Quarterstaff
Can Be Looted In Act 3 From Ramazith's Tower
Another amazing staff in Act 3 is the legendary 
Markoheshkir, which grants a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and spell save DCs. Getting Markoheshkir is a little tricky, but worth it as it has the toggleable ability to cast a spell without using a spell slot once per long rest. However, the most powerful aspect of this staff is Kereska's Favour, which allows the wielder to choose from six elements once per short rest and gain spells associated with that damage type. For example, 
Shatter for thunder, Fireball for fire, or poison.
2 Quickspell Gloves - Very Rare Gloves
Can Be Purchased In Act 3 From Sorcerous Sundries
Cantrips are the bread and butter of playing as a warlock due to their limited spell slots. Because of this, the Quickspell Gloves are a must for any warlock playthrough and are sold by Lorroakan's Projection or Rolan in Sorcerous Sundries. While wearing these gloves, the warlock will be able to cast a cantrip that would usually cost an action as a bonus action instead. This feature can be used once per short rest, which also synergizes well with warlocks regaining their own features during a short rest as well.
1 Potent Robe - Very Rare Clothing
Can Be Rewarded In Act 2 By Alfira
Finally, one of the best items for a warlock is the 
Potent Robe, which can be gotten from Alfira after completing the quest “Rescue the Tieflings.” When playing as the Dark Urge, the party will need to save Alfira in Baldur’s Gate 3 to get these robes that give a +1 to AC and make all the wearer's cantrips deal extra damage equal to their Charisma modifier. However, the best part of the potent robe is during combat, when at the start of the wearer's turn, it grants them temporary hit points, which are also equal to their charisma modifier.
